Recently, for reasons beyond my control, I used Microsoft Word to update some documents and this made me realize that the poor interface and usability of Word for editing text is probably responsible for a large number of wasted hours in a computer user’s day.

Multiply this by the number of computer users using Word and you end up with a lot of time.

The world needs to begin using something better.
