Fix for stream marker error on twitch

Can’t place stream markers while streaming on Twitch to make highlights, either through the Stream Manager page in your web browser or through a plastic box of fancy buttons called a Stream Deck?

Here’s the fix:

  1. Go to Creator Dashboard → Settings → Stream.
  2. Make sure Always Publish VODs is turned on.

Nota Bene: If Twitch mutes your VOD during a stream then the Always Publish VODs setting is, I think, automatically turned off, and you need to turn it on again manually.
