Daily habits
- Write and or draw in the morning before anything else.
- Don’t look at news in the morning, or at all, if possible.
- 7 minute workout exercise, at least once per day.
- Remember to look away from screens regularly.
- Keep guitar and synth piano keys at hand and match notes to songs being listened to.
- Touch a personal project like photo books or music recording.
- Eat something healthy (usually) before drinking a coffee.
- Think of a positive thing (don’t look at news :)
- Speak with or write to someone you love.
- Go for a walk.
- Do something you like, that makes you feel happy.
- Slow down. Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast. Taking your time, saves time.
- Make it a process.
- Remember that whatever worries you, in the end it doesn’t matter.
